Ingredients - for 4 people - 280 grams of rice, 1 medium onion, 90 grams of bacon, 80 grams of canned mushrooms, 100 ml of cream, saffron, 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, salt as needed.
Preparation: Sauté the onion in olive oil until it becomes translucent and then add the mushrooms. Fry the bacon separately without adding more oil or grease until it becomes crispy. Over the onion and mushrooms add the rice and with the measure of rice, add 3 times the same amount in the water and cook according to package directions, stirring occasionally. When the rice is almost cooked, add the cream and salt, remembering that the bacon is already salted.
